What materials are used here? Is this adobe? Mud? Concrete.?

Earthships are usually made from used tires, rammed earth, old bottles and cans, and cob or concrete.
I love the idea of earthships, as they make selfreliance in the desert possible, through recycling and reclaiming water, indoor growing and passive solar. But I think I would rather build from cob and earthbags.
