A Gathering For Kindred Souls looking to live off The Grid Thanks You

I believe in this day and age more and more people are looking for a better way of life. The hustle and bustle of city life and working day in and day out to just survive and live paycheck to paycheck has lost the luster it once had. Blame it on the economy, society, government, whatever the reason, it seems to me more people today want to change this for themselves and for others. This blog is dedicated to showing what is out there for those who want this change in their lives. We try to show and give anyone the opportunity to share such offers or projects etc. and we try showing the beauty of living off the grid as well as the struggles, and share what little knowledge we know about the subject of living off the grid and learning more ourselves each day. Seeing the growth of how this has all started on the Facebook page in such a short period of time has really amazed me and shows me that we are not the only ones out there who believes living off the grid and using renewable energy is the way to go for a better future. Its estimated that over 180,000 people live off the grid in America today and more people are searching to look into living off the grid.

Our blog as of today has over 52,000+ views, with an average of 500+ visitors a day, in just under a month, our first month up and running. From all corners of the world mainly the US who has the most views, also in Canada and Australia which are 2nd and 3rd with the most views.

We thank you ALL for the views, and sharing in the experience. Thanks!

  1. I completely agree with you that people are looking to escape the drudgery of working day in and day out for nothing but a paycheck. Pensions, health insurance and all manner of benefits that allowed us to share in the prosperity have disappeared because of corporate greed. The lack of honesty by corporations with no sense of right-and-wrong and total lack of humanity does not match our own internal values. Why support such attitudes with our labor or our paychecks? I was always careful with my money but nowadays, as a member of the long-term unemployed, I’m just downright cheap. I am dropping more and more consumer products from my shopping list.

  2. Thank you, for showing us what can be possible! I believe in what you are doing and appreciate the effort you are making to educate, inspire and inform! I dream of a home of my own, some day! And a tiny to moderate home would be perfect. Even more, I dream of a like minded community, similar to what Four Lights Tiny House is doing in Arizona. I would prefer that it be something out of the confines of an urban setting though. I follow your postings and enjoy everyone of them. Keep on inspiring! Dreaming! Living!
