Bottleman’s Tiny House

We’re not sure just where Bottleman lives. But we’re intrigued by his self-described “tiny, environmentally sensitive house.” The 400-square foot home includes a 120-square foot skylit loft with a plexiglas circle in the floor, beautiful woodwork and copper piping, a concrete curved eating counter, pocket doors, and an alternating tread staircase…

The conversion from a 280-square foot garage to a house cost $75,000 (including permit and architect costs).

Check out the tour of the house here.

We hope that at some point he posts updated photos of the exterior paint and landscaping.
